Meet Marcia and Akane, the office team members who support Funergy’s stores every day. Their responsibilities are different, but both help keep information, payments, and daily operations moving smoothly.

Supporting Funergy from behind the scenes.

I’m Marcia, and I handle a wide range of back-office operations for Funergy Group Inc. My responsibilities include payroll and benefits, internal accounting and finance, taxes, vendor contracts, HR support, permit applications and renewals, and insurance.

To support multiple locations, I focus on accurate, careful administrative work and smooth communication inside and outside the company.

OPERATIONS / OFFICE SUPPORT

Akane

Connecting each store with the office.

I’m Akane, and I provide administrative support for daily store operations.

  • Daily sales and invoice entry management
  • POS troubleshooting
  • Support for month-end payment processing
  • Ordering store supplies, including Amazon purchases
  • Administrative support for the J-1 program
